We will have a new President on Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Barack Obama will take the official Presidential oath and start leading our country in a new direction. I am ready for that change. How much real change can happen in four years? Probably not much. Do I think he will make great strides toward change...yes! For the first time in many years, I have confidence in our next President. He can't fix everything but he can and will make decisions leading us in the right direction.
It doesn't matter to me who you voted for. Barack Obama WILL be the President of the United States of America. I hope and pray he will receive the respect and honor that he deserves. God Bless America!!!!

I agree. I believe all our U.S. presidents deserve respect. From George Washington right up to Barack Obama. Heck, I respect anyone who wants to lead our country!
As with our previous presidents, I will continue to pray he leads us in the right direction. :> )
